How the Pope and Bishops got it Wrong.

Jesus insisted on humility and service but the hierarchs prefer domination and intimidation. They have made the hierarchy more important than the pope. They ruled by torturing and killing Catholics who disagreed. They cannot do that today so they refuse communion. Authority should be in service. Not domination.

It began principally with that famous pope Damasus who had his hoods murder the supporters of his rival Ursinus who were holed up in the major cathedral in Rome. Estimates range from 125 to a 175 who were killed. Damasus also made sure that women would lose their place completely in the church while suddenly declaring that Rome was the boss of all the other churches. "St. Jerome" was on his payroll and Jerome did a hatchet job on women in the church. Thus women were severely marginalized in the hierarchical church. Damasus was known to be bejeweled and gluttinous. Look at all the fine apparel they dress with. These are the representatives of Jesus?

For all this he was even honored as a saint. Now since he was always considered a saint does that really make him a saint? For more fiction look here;http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/04613a.htm
